When does the new puzzle come out?

At midnight, Irish time. Everyone gets the same puzzle each day.

Why did a question run out of time?

Each question has 30 seconds, and the clock keeps going if you leave the app, so nobody can look the answer up. Whatever is on screen when time runs out is locked in.

How does the county battle work?

Pick your county and every day you play counts towards its average. At the end of each month, everyone who played for the top three counties wins freeze tokens for their streak: 3 for first, 2 for second and 1 for third. A county needs at least three players to be ranked. You can change county once every 30 days.

What is a freeze token?

It saves your streak on a day you miss. You earn one for every 7 days in a row, and you can hold up to 3.

How does the free trial work?

The game is free for 14 days from the day you start the trial: the daily puzzle, the archive and the county battle. After that, a one-off unlock of €1.99 keeps it going for good. There is no subscription and there are no ads. If you don't unlock, nothing is charged; the game just stops letting you play.

I unlocked the game. How do I get it back on a new phone?

Tap "Already unlocked? Restore" on the home screen, or Settings → Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you unlocked it with.
